Thank you for shopping with Valentra. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

Products may only be returned and refunded if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and any included items.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or are no longer in their original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

To request support for a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage
  • Any other information requested by our support team

Faulty items will be reviewed before a refund or replacement is approved. We reserve the right to reject claims where the product appears to have been damaged through misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification.

Return Shipping Responsibility

To receive a refund, the customer must ship the product back to our warehouse by their own accord.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise required by law or unless we confirm in writing that the product arrived faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method up to 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment platform.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived faulty or we are legally required to refund them.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
  • Gift cards or digital products, if applicable
  • Any item returned outside the approved return period

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible unused products, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Incorrect Return Information

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent to the wrong address or without approval may not be accepted or refunded.
